Cancellations MUST be in writing. Cancellations are effective once we have received and acknowledged it with a Cancellation email.

Our Cancellation schedule:
120 days or more prior to arrival - 20% of total rent as a cancellation fee
60- 119 days prior to arrival - 50% of total rent as a cancellation fee
59 days or less prior to arrival - 100% of total rent as a cancellation fee

Deposit Policy

Deposit and Payments:
A 50% deposit is required at booking. Reservations are NOT confirmed until deposit has been received.
Remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival

Lovely home away.

Our stay was very enjoyable. The condo is well equipped and comfortable. A nice walk to Santa Cruz beach, restaurants and market. The top floor plunge pool is very refreshing after a hot day exploring. Currently there is construction on the area to content with and barking dogs that tge neighbors need to better control. Overall a great spot!
