Cancellations MUST be in writing. Cancellations are effective once we have received and acknowledged it with a Cancellation email.

Our Cancellation schedule:
120 days or more prior to arrival - 20% of total rent as a cancellation fee
60- 119 days prior to arrival - 50% of total rent as a cancellation fee
59 days or less prior to arrival - 100% of total rent as a cancellation fee

Deposit Policy

Deposit and Payments:
A 50% deposit is required at booking. Reservations are NOT confirmed until deposit has been received.
Remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival

We absolutely loved this accommodation and the on site property manager Kolten was excellent to work with. He arranged water delivery and handled all our questions and requests quickly and professionally. The furniture and beds were extremely comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. We would stay here again if available and highly recommend this property. The only thing I was not aware of was the additional charge for electricity. I missed that in the fine print but for a 10 day stay it was only 700 peso. We just made sure to turn off the a/c when not necessary like when we went to the beach or out for a meal. Five Star and 12/10 LOVE

Would love to return someday. The suite was recently built and suited the needs of two couples very well. It was close to a swim able beach, with lots of restaurants and conveniences nearby. The rooftop pool was a nice retreat to refresh at the end of the day and enjoy sunset. The area itself was very active, sometimes loud but always felt safe. Taxi’s were always available to transport us downtown or one of the other nearby beaches for a reasonable cost, of which there are many. It was our first time to the area but won’t be the last, and we would choose this listing again if we get the chance.
