Sotavento 101

Our stay in January was absolutely fantastic. The location is a bit further, but not costly to get around. Taxis were no trouble at all. It felt like a home away from home. Kolten was a very big help and was able to get us a few things to get our vacation started. Very helpful with suggestions . The view was outstanding. It was very relaxing.

We had a nice stay at Tracey's place. We enjoyed the wonderful view, sound of the waves, balcony, and the great minimalist decor. It's easy and inexpensive to get in town by cab. The common gym and pool area were a nice addition to our vacation.

My wife and I really enjoyed Sotovento. It is a little ways from town but the taxis were very prompt. The security at the gate was very helpful, we often would request a cab for a specific time 2-3 hours in advance and it was always there right on time. The place was amazing. Built in the place 4 years. The pictures are 100% accurate. Tracey’s son Kolten helped us with airport transportation, taxi contacts, he picked up groceries prior to our arrival , provided a few helpful tips and met us when we were leaving. Excellent service all around!

We loved our stay here. Magnificent view to the bay. The infinity pool was fantastic. I would recommend Tracy’s location to friends and family.

Exceeds expectations! The condo is beautiful & spacious. Kitchen has all you need to cook up some breakfast lunch or dinner. Rooms are spacious with comfortable beds, balcony view is beautiful overlooking the ocean. Tracy is an amazing host, she was so thoughtful and helped us out with a few groceries our first night. She also gave us some awesome suggestions that helped out so much throughout the trip. I would definitely stay here again!

Todo muy bien. Tal cual lo muestra en las fotos. Equipado con todo para cocinar. Muy bonita vista al mar. Solo al salir nos mencionaron pagar el servicio de luz usada en la estancia, y eso nunca nadie nos lo comentó. Difiera de eso todo muy bien. Vale la pena. La alberca está grande.

Great spot view was the best.

Tracey was really helpful at first there was a misunderstanding at the check-in but she was able to resolve it quickly. The place was amazing we couldn't ask for more. My parents were happy with the view it is a great view. Thank you for the quick response.

Agradable el lugar

My family and I greatly enjoyed our stay in Tracey’s beautiful home. Waking up to amazing views every morning and kind helpful people. Wicho and Elvis were always there to help in whatever we needed. We definitely recommend this place to others. Thank you for everything Tracey!
